Hell
But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerors and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death (Rev 21:8)
The dictionary definition of hell: Abode of the dead, abode of devils and of condemned spirits in torment; place or state of wickedness or misery
What does Jesus say about it...
And if your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it from you, it is better for you to enter life with one eye, than having two eyes, to be cast into the hell of fire. (Matthew 18:9, Mark 9:47)
This is not a parable. This is a stern warning that you should avoid this place.
What is hell?
"to go into hell, into the unquenchable fire" (Mark 9:43)
"where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched."(Mark 9:48)
And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire (Rev 20:15)
Hell is an unquenchable fire, a lake of fire! where your devouring worm does not die!
I think there is a common misconception that the devil is the ruler of hell. This is not quite true. It is written that the devil's fate is hell:
and the devil was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and false beast are also, and they will be tormented day and night forever (Rev 20:10)
It is God who has the authority to cast into hell
And do not fear those who kill the body, but are unable to kill the soul but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell (Matthew 10:28)
Many people are going to hell, do not follow the crowd!!!!!!
"Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide, and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and many are those that enter by it." (Matthew 7:13)
"He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned." (Mark 16:16)
And this is the judgement, that the light is come into the world, amd men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their deeds were evil. (John 3:19)
